Mr. Mutenha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in managing corporate businesses within the
agricultural sector. His career spans several high-profile leadership roles, including a six-year tenure as CEO of the
Grain Marketing Board and seven years as CEO of the Agricultural Marketing Authority. He also served as General
Manager of Operations at FSI Cotton (Pvt) Ltd for three years and held the same position at the Cotton Company
of Zimbabwe for five years, following a two-year period as their Business Manager. Additionally, he has experience
as a Branch Manager at the Agricultural Finance Corporation.
Mr. Mutenha’s academic achievements are equally impressive, with a Master of Business Administration from
Africa University, a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management from the Chinhoyi University of
Technology, a Master of Science Degree in Marketing from the National University of Science and Technology, and
a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from UNISA. His extensive professional and academic background has
equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural industry and strategic management, making
him a valuable asset to the organization.
He is an outstanding and distinguished leader with the expertise, determination, and foresight to enhance Cottco’s
